Often times one may not even know why they get that anxious or panicked feeling. We call this a nonspecific form of anxiety or panic disorder. Hypnosis is a safe and effective alternative to working with anxiety and panic. After only a few sessions one will see improvement and gain the ability to eliminate and reduce the panic/anxiety response.
